AMSTERDAM, July 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Webull EU, the European subsidiary of Webull Corporation (BULL), has secured Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR) approval from the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). This milestone authorizes Webull to provide regulated crypto-asset services to clients across the European Union.
Under the new approval, Webull users in Europe will be able to place orders for crypto assets through the Webull platform, with custody handled by Webull EU. Trade execution will be facilitated via a strategic partnership with Coinbase Luxembourg S.A.

The initial approval covers operations in the Netherlands, with passporting rights to expand services across the broader EU expected to follow.
Webull EU plans to officially launch its crypto trading and custody services in late 2026. The platform already supports trading in European and U.S.-listed equities, fractional shares, European ETFs, and U.S. options.
